The warm clove hits first and then the fir boughs come through, which is exactly the cozy winter scent I was after. The ribbed frosted vessel looks nicer on my shelf than I expected for a votive.
The mandarin keeps this from smelling like a straight-up holiday candle, and the fir balances the clove nicely. The frosted ribbed vessel looks way nicer on my shelf than I expected for a votive.
The clove is the star here but that fresh fir keeps it from going full holiday-spice cliché. The ribbed frosted vessel looks way nicer on my shelf than the price suggests, and it burns clean for hours.
