I keep the diffuser on my desk and a few drops of this in the afternoon actually makes me stop and reset before the next meeting. The juniper and mint together smell like a walk outside rather than a candle, and it's not overpowering in a small room.
The mint hits first and then that cool juniper settles in behind it, which is exactly the midday reset I was hoping for. I've been running it in my little diffuser on my desk around 2pm and it clears the stale air without going perfume-y.
Swapped this into my diffuser for the afternoon slump and the cool mint really does wake the room up without being overpowering. The juniper keeps it from smelling like straight toothpaste, which I appreciated. Two drops lasted a full workday.
